| Mame Fatou is the Creator and and Administrator of the project, Sukabe, and the creator of the new primary school. |

| My friend Yacine is the Pedagogical Counselor for the new schools; she plays an essential role as most teachers are new to the profession and many have degrees in areas other than education. |
